Peugeot 308 body looks too large and bulky on standard wheel track. I decided to widen the track a bit by installing wheel spacers. However, spacers more than 20mm thick are not recommended on Peugeot 308 hubs.
20mm hubcentric spacers on both sides of the hubs make the track 40mm wider.

click HERE to look for Peugeot 108mm PCD wheelspacers of various quality and thickness.
So 108 PCD will do right ?
Have 10mm, 15mm and 20mm width to choose.
Can share how is your new ride with this spacer ?
Theoretically, the further a wheel is mounted from the hub assembly when using wheel spacers the better its grip/traction when cornering. To some extent it may good for cars w/o ESP.
For Peugeot 308T however, the ESP will come into play before the effect of extending the track width takes place.
Generally, wheel spacers are used merely to extend the wheels outward to give it a more interesting look than function - analogous to installing skirting and spoilers :D
I can see the beauty effect :). But with the spacer, can it reduce certain amount of body roll when cornering? Also, will it shorten or putting pressure to the undercarriage suspension ? thks.
