Following the 'less attractive' 207, Peugeot has launched 208 in the middle of 2012. It was an instant success. Now Peugeot is going to deliver even stronger desirability with exhilaration, performance and panache. It is Peugeot 208 GTi for year 2013.
Powered by 1.6-litre turbo-charged 200bhp (147kW) 275Nm petrol engine coupled with a manual gearbox with six, close-ratio gears this B-segment could be one of if not the hottest hatch in its class.

do expect Peugeot 208 Gti position will be placed in between Polo Gti and Clio RS200 in terms of engine capacity, performance and pricing (RM178,888 for 208 Gti?)
The expected price for the 208 GTi in the UK is in the region of 20k quid, i.e approx. the price of a 3008 THP156.
So, it could be around RM140k-150k.
