Drove the car w/o turbo pressure for more than 600km [after passing through Jertih and all the way to JB via Pekan/Mersing/Kota Tinggi], i.e about 40% of the entire journey . Felt like driving a tuned up 206 Bestari 1.4 8V, at best. Top speed on the new ECE2 in Terengganu was barely 180kph on the speedometer [175kph on data logger]. :(
At a SC in JB the 308THP was diagnosed for air-fuel mixture problem. Looks like the engine ECU did not get the input from gearbox when the gear was up shifted frm 1st. So no boost and no right amount of fuel was injected into combustion chambers hence insufficient/incorrect air-fuel mixture. The symptom started a few months ago, but a SC in KL diagnosed (wrongly?) for HPFP problem and it was replaced foc.
From JB onwards the car performed very well :) but by the time arrived in Melaka I was too tired and decided to drive leisurely on PLUS in AutoCruise mode at speed limits all the way home ...
The overall average fuel consumption was 1 liter more per every 100km!

Normally around 7.5liter/100km for similar trip!
The car is now 1000 days otr and barely done 50,000km. Anybody interested?
